Binding agreement: Use of HW-Key Tool is subject to this Terms of Service and our Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability, which you accept by using the Service.

1. Service description

HW-Key Tool provides software and server authorization services for professional mobile device servicing. You must comply with local laws and manufacturer policies. Lawful-use rules for FRP recovery and acceptable use are set out in our Legal Notice & Disclaimer.

2. Accounts & credits

You are responsible for securing your account. Credits are consumed per authorization operation when using server-based services. Credits purchased via resellers are subject to reseller policies.

3. Packages

Packages grant access to specified tool functions. Server-based operations that require credits remain billable even with an active package.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only on lawfully owned or authorized devices and for permitted professional servicing. Prohibited uses — including stolen devices, unauthorized security circumvention, and fraud — are defined in our Legal Notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts where misuse is suspected.

5. Refund policy

Credits, packages, and server authorizations are digital services. After processing has started or a credit has been consumed, refunds are generally not available, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Purchases through resellers or distributors are handled under their refund policies; HW-Key does not guarantee refunds for completed or consumed authorization operations. 6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HW-Key is not liable for device damage, data loss, downtime, lost credits, or indirect or consequential damages, subject to non-waivable mandatory rights (including applicable EU/German consumer protections). 7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HW-Key from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of law, or processing of devices without lawful ownership or authorization, as further described in our Legal Notice.
